Hall Rental Information

To help prevent the spread of communicable diseases, all user/rental groups are responsible for following the directives as noted in the linked documents below and posted in the hall.

The FBCA Hall Rental Contract consists of three documents:

The signed documents must be given to the Hall Rental Agent or a participating FBCA Director before the start of your event.

All users/rental groups must follow the FBCA communicable disease prevention guidelines which are available here and also posted at the hall:

The legal maximum capacity for the hall is 180 people.

Kitchen and Dining Room

The kitchen at the Fanny Bay Community Hall has the following specifications:

  • Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) certified kitchen
  • Gas stove, dish sanitizer, dishes and utensils for 160 people
  • Size: 15′ x 13′
  • Working island in center of kitchen.
