Hall Rental Information
To help prevent the spread of communicable diseases, all user/rental groups are responsible for following the directives as noted in the linked documents below and posted in the hall.
The FBCA Hall Rental Contract consists of three documents:
The signed documents must be given to the Hall Rental Agent or a participating FBCA Director before the start of your event.
All users/rental groups must follow the FBCA communicable disease prevention guidelines which are available here and also posted at the hall:

Kitchen and Dining Room
The kitchen at the Fanny Bay Community Hall as the following specifications:
- Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) certified kitchen
- Gas stove, dish sanitizer, dishes and utensils for 180 people
- Size: 15′ x 13′
- Working island in center of kitchen.
