Flu Vaccination Clinic (COVID shots also available)

PLEASE PRE-REGISTER: If you have received a flu shot at FBCA Hall last year, you will receive a phone call to book at time. If you are new to the community, please call 250-335-2832 (after Oct. 28).

When: Saturday, November 4
Clinic Hours: 10:15 am to 6:00 pm
Where: The Fanny Bay Community Hall. Please enter by the double gym doors at your appointed time.
Forms: We will be handing out the forms ahead of the clinic to speed things along.  
The handout will happen on Thursday, November 2nd from 10:30 a.m. till noon.
What You Need to Bring: Your BC CareCard number and, if you have your confirmation number, please bring that as well.
Eligibility: Everyone is eligible for a flu shot. You are also eligible for a COVID vaccine if you haven’t been vaccinated in the past 6 months. We can still administer the COVID vaccine to you even if you have not received your confirmation number.
Fundraiser: As in past years, we will continue to offer coffee, tea, and chocolates. Donations are greatly appreciated and will go toward replacing the floor in the hall. We will also have a draw for lots of great gifts! Tickets are $2 each or 3/$5 with proceeds going toward the floor fund.
