Fanny Bay Children’s Fall Fair

Here is list of categories the upcoming Children’s Fall Fair.

Enter as many categories as you like. Once you have decided on your category selections send an email to: Andersson.chrystal@gmail.com

Entries are to be dropped off between 10-1045 on the morning on the fair. Look for the Entries Tent.

You may pick up your ribbons and your entries after 2 pm.

At the end of the day, we will have some delicious treats for the kids.

Exhibition Categories.

Scarecrow.

Bring your funniest, most original or beautiful scarecrow.  Want it to spook the birds from your garden? That works too.  All scarecrows will be considered, big or small.

Fruit (on a plate)

Individual fruits of your choice

Fruit Basket (in own container)

Fall Flowers

• Fair Day Bouquet – Exhibitor’s choice of container, locally grown varieties.
• Teacup Bouquet – display in teacup, collection of locally grown varieties
• Largest Sunflower head – on baking sheet
• Wild arrangement

Vegetables (on a plate)

Choose something from your garden – 3 of each type for added impact.

Baking (1 per plate)

Bake your favourite cookie, cupcake, muffin or scone.

Small animal or poultry.

A chicken egg, duck egg, egg drawing, Guinea pig, hamster, rabbit, etc.

• less than 6 years old
• 6 -9 years old
• up to 12 years old

Open Art: Painting

Bring your favourite art piece, this can be on canvas, paper or even rocks; whatever you choose. Bring your creativity to share.

Open Crafting

Do you create in other ways that are not listed?  Bracelet-making, knitting, crochet, clay or mixed media art?  This open crafting class is perfect for that.
