Fanny Bay Flyer Editor, Board of Directors
The Flyer Editor is responsible for doing the layout of the monthly Fanny Bay Flyer. This involves receiving reports and other Flyer content via email, creating the Flyer electronically and sending it via email to the printer. Currently, advertisements are taken care of by the Flyer editor but this can be a separate job. Some facility with word processing or publishing software is required. This is a board position, as the Flyer editor reports to the board of directors each month. The board meets the 4th Thursday of the month from 7 - 9 pm.

Advertising Coordinator: The person in this position is responsible for keeping track of the advertising in the Flyer and issuing invoices when it’s time for renewals. Most advertisers take advantage of the discounts for running ads for longer periods, so there are usually only a few to do each month. Dinner & Movie Night Volunteer

Dinner & Movie nights are key fundraising events held at the hall throughout the year. Volunteers are needed to help set up, prepare food, sell raffle tickets, take care of the concession and clean up. FMI, contact Carla 5-3282.
